Baby reflux & cereal?

my baby is 6 weeks & constantly eating (pumped milk)..about 4-5oz every 2-3 hours and during the night. she's 10lbs! she has reflux so her doc said to try cereal with her milk. I read a lot of the boards about starting cereal & I tried giving her gerber oatmeal 1/4 of a teaspoon (just to start slow) mixed with 4oz milk.. I bought Dr.Browns Y , and it took her 1 hour to finish 2oz and was very fussy because she couldn't get the cereal out of the bottle. is there anything else I could try? any advice would be appreciated

Is my fuel pump in my 1999 Durango going out, or could it be something else?

It started stalling out on us a couple months back, usually when you slow down to stop or turn but it also stalls when just driving. It usually happens within the first 15 min. of driving. It has to sit for a few minutes and up to a few hours before it will restart. When it starts to stall the rpm's will drop fast sometime pumping the gas will keep it from stalling for a few minutes but it chugs and sputters and dies out quickly there after. Now we can hardly get it down the steet with out stalling. Before it had gotten so bad we took it to a auto parts store and had it checked for codes, they said it showed cylinder misfire( I think #3, but cant remember) so we replaced all spark plugs and wires. My dad thought it was the ignition coil so we replaced that and the battery. Check engine light had gone off for a while but now its back on and we can't get it to go far enough to have it checked now. Thinking of towing it to dealership. Any ideas would be greatly appeciated.

Im making marrow rum?

Hi im making marrow rum/wine i put the mixture into demijohns and let the fermentation take place then i transfered the drink into bottles when i thought that the fermentation had finished after about four weeks. I corked the bottles and left them in the kitchen to stand for a while, but the rum has reactivated and has blown the corks off the bottles. So i am thinking should i put in a campden tablet to kill the frermentation in the bottles or just leave the corks off and put balloons on the top till i can get some pressure release corks. Can anyone help with the this. ( i put in yeast to help with the fermentation which is what i was advised to do) thanks. Rob

you can look for ipod freeware through google. there are some things that work with PCs, although most are mac compatible. don't ever use "tune tools". it wiped my iPod clean and left me out in the dark. with no music.

i was supposed to have my c section today which was the latest the doctors would let me go but after finding out my doctor wouldnt be there instead its the doctor that has been sued by my aunt and cousin with my aunt he cut her cervix during a cone biopsy causing her to almost bleed to death and then when she was in labor he broke her water with his finger and without gloves he recently did a hysterectomy on my cousin and left parts of her tube and surgical tools inside her almost killing her this is my 2nd c section and the baby is large and breech that dr is on call all week and i am 40 weeks today so what do i do i really dont want an emergency c and the hospital told me they cant change whos on call

My bst vacation was 2 weeks in New Zealand.Both islands are different the people are very nice and the scenery is beautiful.I meet people from many different countries.Went sailing,beach,bungee jumping,jet boating,sky diving,helicopter ride,and plane over the mountains covered with snow.Partied and had a great time plus hiked up the side of a glacier also.Best place i have ever been and i have traveled to many places.

You can use the dead foliage as mulch around other conifers. They are too acid to use for most plants. You can compost but I would compost seperately from other stuff as it will take ages to rot, try a leylandii and newspaper and gr clippings heap, then it will make a soil conditioner for acid loving plants, don't put it on your veg plot. The bare soil under the trees is probably due to dryness, not anything poisonous in the tree.

When I was little my family adopted a stray cat. No one really knows how old he is but we've estimated about 13yrs. He's a really sweet, lovey dovey cat but lately he hasn't been wanting as much attention as he usually does. He is very bony and has seemed to lost much weight, he seems disoriented and often can't tell where I put his food when I set it down for him, he also will walk like he doesn't know what's going on. He rarely uses the litterbox anymore and his fur is all clumpy like he's dehydrated. He'll sleep in random places, mostly near his water bowl, and earlier I stepped on his tail but he didn't whine or anything. He barely makes any sounds anymore, not even when you accidentally hurt him like I did. He also wanders around ther house aimlessly and will circle the rug in my room for a while before deciding whether to come in bed with me or leave. It takes him a long time to walk up our basement stairs and he seems very weak. I feel with these symptoms he's getting ready to die. If he is dying, should I take him to be euthanized or let him die naturally? I am scared he is hiding his pain and I know cats have a high pain tolerence but I don't want him to suffer. Please help.

My husband was married to a woman who cheated on him. She got pregnant with a child that turned out not to be his. She told him the entire pregnancy that he was the father, when the baby was born they were married so my husband's name was put on the birth certificate. The mother was very wrapped up in drugs and running around so my husband raised the child along with her brother who does belong to my husband. When the kids were 2 and 3 my husband took them and left his wife, moving to a different state. About 6 months later the mother said she was clean and wanted to share custody of her children. My husband let them go with her, she had them for about 5 months. Then one day she called us and said she was hooked on drugs and could not take care of them, so we went and got them. This was four years ago, during this time my husband was granted a divorce and full custody of the kids. She never showed up to court to fight the divorce or custody so it was automatically granted to my husband. She has since spent the last 2 1/2 years in federal prison, now she is out and wanting custody of the children. My husband has raised this child her entire life both emotionally, physically, and financially with no help from the mother. However he is not biologically her father, if she takes us to court for custody what are my husbands chances of keeping his children? I know the children's best interest is to stay in their home with the only stable parent they have ever had. However she seems to think because he is not biologically the father that the court will automatically give her custody.

My 2.5 month old daughter is feeding most of the time every 30-60 minutes on the hour. After feeds she might fall asleep for a quick catnap, only to wakeup and want to feed more. She is gaining consistent weight through her first months. We try pacifiers which work very minimally. My wife does have caffeine in her diet but this was even an issue when it was mostly decaf coffee. Also, i got herbal colic medecine for my daughter in case her stomach is upset. I doubt this is completely normal although i know every child is different. Any recommendations that can be made on anything related to this situatiuon that can help toward the future.

I suffer from clinical depression and anxiety for which I have had medication for twelve years. Recently I had a second hand sofa delivered, they made a 3 inch scratch in the front door, now my landlord is going to do a survey as he calls it to see "what other damage I have caused" There is minimal damage, some screw holes in the ceiling where I had rope lights and other small drill holes. We have lived here for over 7 years and the landlord has NOT done any maintainance in this time, He also is aware of my mental health problems and knows I find it hard to approach him, it took me 2 years to tell him the kitchen strip lights were'nt working as I thaught they would require repair, as it was they only needed new bulbs. The door in question is wooden and has not been varnished/painted since we have lived here. Surely he is haring me/us?

that sounds good to me, but make sure you don't do it more than you have to. Maybe try mounting him in different places so he doesn't know what's coming. My horse has a similar problem and that helps. It might be a good idea to get someone to help you hold him. Also, don't take him to that spot you mount at only when you are going to ride. You can walk him over to the bucket with no tack just so he knows that the bucket does not always mean work. Good luck!

Easing emotional pain - chosing Euthanasia for dog?

Sorry for your loss. It is extremely difficult & never gets any easier. I had to do 4 times & felt horrible each time even though I knew it was best for them. For me it worked a bit easier to decide that day to do instead of planning in advance a few days. I was so upset & focused on how everything was the last time he would be there doing certain things, I'm sure the stress/upset behavior was felt by the dogs also. I just tried to pick a nice day(if possible) so they would have a beautiful sunny day as their last memory. The only thing that helps is time to heal & remember all the good times. Sorry again.

hello, i am 37+ weeks, 3 days ago i started having period cramps that last for about 2-3 hrs, goes away and comes back. today the pain has stopped but my baby is moving and rotating a lot! the bottom of my stomach feels so flat, like if am not pregnant! why is she moving around now? i am afraid that she will stay at back to back or breech position! she actually turned head down when i was 5 months pregnant and until 2 weeks ago when i did my last u/s! just recently she's been moving everywhere! please from ur experience tell me wts happening is all this normal?

Spotting while 5 months pregnant?

Just a second ago while in the ladies room I spotted a little bit of blood. It was bright red. I barely feel my baby kick as it is so I cant tell whats going on to know if the baby is still having healthy kicks because I rarely ever felt anything before. I see people asking genuine questions about problems that they have (has happened many times to me too) , and while some answers are really meaningful and help a lot, other people just seem to resort to name calling and being downright nasty and sarcastic. inside hospitals only fully trained doctors will be able to access them, not nurses, they have to do this so they no what there dealing with and what to do, its just routine and if you 16 or over they wont be able to tell your parents/guardians, unless it was a life and death situation and you wasnt able to give your consent. out side the hospital. psychiatrists can access them but its strictly confidently are there forbidded to tell anyone else unless your life was at risk, the police can access them, with your permission or unless you commited a crime under the influence of drugs or in a non stable state (if they fort you had a metal illness and thats the reason why you commited the crime)... if that did happen and you ended up in court, your lawyer could access them with your permission, and the judge could access them without your permission but would only be able to share it with your permission, otherwise could only read it themselves. also social workers would be able to access them, if they thought you were a danger to yourself or others and could then forward it to someone else, but would only tell your family with your permission.

I am certified and have repaired both HP and Dell tablets. All tablets are a pain to work on and will cost you plenty in labor (if its out of warranty). Dell has definitely become the very worst manufacturer in quality, workmanship, and support -- sinking lower than E-Machines. I wouldn't call HP number one -- in sales maybe -- but IBM/Lenovo always is the cream of the crop for quality, workmanship, and support, HP is somewhere in the middle on that. I need help? Neighbor is trying to get is kicked out of mobile home park?

We live in a mobile home park in Texas and our neighbor is always telling on us for anything.. Once because to many people supposively come visit..but not true it was just the week my sister graduated thAt we ha visitors but no more than 5.. No one took up his parking space either... Another time because we have kittens and we were the only ones that had to get rid of them... Everyone else in the park has them... He is so nosey and literally stands in front of our house for every movement... He doesn't work lives off disability and the man is fine..at six o clock in the morning he sits on his porch to watch my mom drop off my brothers at school to see If he can tell about something..we are a big family.. Which means mother father and 12kids all from same mom and dad... Once you hit 16 in our house you have to work to help with the family and he thinks there is to much movement in our house... Our landlord has told us he doesn't want us because of to many kids but they are the most disciplined kids on the block...our house was torn down last year because the other landlord wants to build aparments... Home made baby food?

My son in 6 1/2 months old. He has been eating Gerber food since 4 months and has started on stage 2 for about a month now. I have noticed that alot of the stage 2 foods are watery and I feel he is ready for some mashed foods. I was going to try making my own squash, carrots, and mashed potato. I have a steamer and plan on steaming them. Do I use the left over water to make them somewhat thin? Also how do you store them? If you want your character to "Have it all" then I'd probably Roll a Druid, The last character I ever made Was a druid.. I could never seem to level one past 30 but once I did and got it to about level 40, The druid can be a really fun character.. Although I only really played it as boomkin and I healed once and awhile but anyways I'd go with a druid. you can do everything with one. Tank, Heal. and Dps, You might not be the best at those things but the cl is really fun and people will want you in Endgame. Killing Resto Druids in BG can be hell :D

I have a Sony Vaio VPCCW13FD, and as of late it will seize up and freeze - in reality its just working insanely slowly as I have had audio playing when this has occurred and was treated to garbled bit by data bit rendition of a song. I have to actually manually turn off the computer and restart before it will work. All my security scans come up clean and this seems to coincide with when my computer is performing two or three tasks at once. The only odd thing I've noticed is that Vaio Care crashes whenever I try to use the Self-Heal option. This, of course, creates this totally arbitrary idea that Self-Heal is the solution to my problem. But please, let me know what you think!

If Mexico sends snipers in the US, then we have cause to invade, and I seriously doubt Mexico would go that far.
