Ok tested for yeast inf. neg results i have clear discharge with white lumps?

can i be pregers? i have polysysic ovary synd82rom and take metformin and someone in a similar situation said they didnt get \pos preg test for 3 months on the meds im on metformin. im tired and nauseous all the time i cramo but dont get periods for 2 months now. urine is clear sometimes with yellow in it are sore. anyways what does discharge look like when pregnant.
