37+weeks what is happening ?

hello, i am 37+ weeks, 3 days ago i started having period cramps that last for about 2-3 hrs, goes away and comes back. today the pain has stopped but my baby is moving and rotating a lot! the bottom of my stomach feels so flat, like if am not pregnant! why is she moving around now? i am afraid that she will stay at back to back or breech position! she actually turned head down when i was 5 months pregnant and until 2 weeks ago when i did my last u/s! just recently she's been moving everywhere! please from ur experience tell me wts happening is all this normal?
