Can i have a little help with a dragon frog exodia deck?

I think you should either make a heart of the underdog and normal exodia deck-this lets you to draw continuously until you have all the pieces. Or make a zombie exodia deck. There are a bunch of great zombie draw cards (such as emissary of the afterlife). A zombie exodia deck gives you the option of actually playing the game while you're drawing for exodia
