What would you like to ask?My landlord has suddenly become aware of very small amounts of dammage to the house?

I suffer from clinical depression and anxiety for which I have had medication for twelve years. Recently I had a second hand sofa delivered, they made a 3 inch scratch in the front door, now my landlord is going to do a survey as he calls it to see "what other damage I have caused" There is minimal damage, some screw holes in the ceiling where I had rope lights and other small drill holes. We have lived here for over 7 years and the landlord has NOT done any maintainance in this time, He also is aware of my mental health problems and knows I find it hard to approach him, it took me 2 years to tell him the kitchen strip lights were'nt working as I thaught they would require repair, as it was they only needed new bulbs. The door in question is wooden and has not been varnished/painted since we have lived here. Surely he is haring me/us?
