Who exactly can view my medical/ hospital records other than myself?

inside hospitals only fully trained doctors will be able to access them, not nurses, they have to do this so they no what there dealing with and what to do, its just routine and if you 16 or over they wont be able to tell your parents/guardians, unless it was a life and death situation and you wasnt able to give your consent. out side the hospital. psychiatrists can access them but its strictly confidently are there forbidded to tell anyone else unless your life was at risk, the police can access them, with your permission or unless you commited a crime under the influence of drugs or in a non stable state (if they fort you had a metal illness and thats the reason why you commited the crime)... if that did happen and you ended up in court, your lawyer could access them with your permission, and the judge could access them without your permission but would only be able to share it with your permission, otherwise could only read it themselves. also social workers would be able to access them, if they thought you were a danger to yourself or others and could then forward it to someone else, but would only tell your family with your permission.
