I hit my funny bone and now when i touch it it shocks my fingers?

About 4 days ago i was swinging i did a big cherry bomb and my elbow hit the chain. at first it felt like my hand was on fire and kind of numb, 5 minutes later i felt shocking through my whole hand i couldn't move my pinkie and finger beside it until the next morning, now when i barely touch it it shocks my whole hand.what should i do its not really swollen and i don't have a bruise
