Husband bought the house without me - foreclosing on me and the kids - what can I do?

Since I am not a teenager I will try to provide some insight, I fully understand that moving now will upset the children but if you contact the financial institute they will add you to the foreclosure in name and mess up your credit rating for years, as it it is now it will be his credit that is destroyed. You would possibly qualify for a legal aid lawyer or Para Legal at least to advise you. You would be wise to either lease something in the same school district or have an attorney to file an injunction to stop the foreclosure until the divorce proceedings can reflect this new problem.~
